Caroline and Keith dropped off Scout for me to dog-sit while they flew to Alaska for Keith's daughter's wedding. I kept her at the signshop for the afternoon, then took her home, where she became accustomed to peeing in the kitchen. |
Took Seera and Scout out to disc golf. Shot a +3 (triple-bogeyed hole 7), ended up with the #3 tag. Scout did just fine off-leash. |
The cylinder head from my Mini, being worked on at East Coast Collision and Restoration. |

...and refinished. |
Got the Mini back with its newly refurbished engine. Took some pictures around the school where we play ultimate to use as backgrounds for my latest book. |
Drove up to The Pinnacle first thing in the morning and took some pictures of the mountain for the Marketing Department. After work, i drove over to Rutland Hospital to get an MRI on my hip, which had been bothering me since winter. It had gotten to the point where i couldn't run on it at all. The MRI was pretty cool. Lots of clanking and buzzing while i tried to keep still even though i was sure that i was moving everything just by breathing. The techs said that i did very well. |
Played in the Maples Open disc golf tournament and took second place in the Men's division (there was a Pro division as well), for which i won a $15 gift certificate to The Killarney. Also won the Closest To The Pin contest, for which i won a $15 gift certificate to Java Baba's. Between rounds i took some pictures of the zipline and Big Air Bag. Seera followed me almost all the way up the scaffolding, but i had to carry her back down. |
Took Seera over to Evening Song Farm, sat down in one spot by the river, and took 15 pictures from the one spot. Nothing came out super. |
Drove up to The Pinnacle again, this time in the Mini, to take some more mountain pics. |
I was walking along the train tracks and discovered a tree across them. When i got home i called Grenn Mountain Railroad and let them know. |
